We are seeking a SeniorProduct Designer who will use strategic design skills to help build products for diverse use cases, as well as execute on details within the product. You Will

    • Lead the design phase on our Value Add product feature team elevating the customer experience while focused... on maximizing customer motivation, driving sales engagement.
  • Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design.
  • Partner with Product and Tech contributing design strategy backed by user data and research.
  • Work closely with product managers to define and research problems, and engineers to help develop and refine the end product.
  • Participate in all stages of product development, offering a user-centric design perspective throughout each phase.
  • Design clean, elegant, data driven, user-centric experiences that delight users.
  • Refine and iterate on UX/UI solutions, based on user research, A/B testing, and user analytics.
  • Build functional prototypes to validate and test your designs, and conduct user research and testing.
  • Look for opportunities to solve problems in unique and innovative ways.
  • Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and outlets.

You Have

    • 5-7 years of experience of designing digital products
  • Have a degree in design-related field or equivalent experience
  • The purveyor of a portfolio of work that demonstrates a well crafted, impactful consideration of all aspects of content.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for color, typography, photography, and everything design-related
  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Have cross platform design experience (web, mobile tablets, email)
  • An organized self-starter, highly motivated, and collaborative
  • Experience with e-commerce a plus.
