Manages a team of Real Estate Closers who are dedicated to knowing our members, understanding their individual needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Develops employees through regular coaching and feedback that leads to improved results. Executes process improvements and leads organizational process changes. Maintains compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Ensures loans are closed in accordance with prescribed policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
• Maintains expert knowledge of Bank Real Estate products and expands knowledge to additional products.
• Handles member escalations... and makes appropriate risk decisions based on policies.
• Maintains compliance with policies, procedures andregulations.
• Selects, develops, and supports employees in fulfillment of our Mission.
• Serves as a team leader, coach, mentor, role model, and change agentto a team of front-line employees who fulfill Real Estate loans for members.
• Ensures employees understand how the tasks they perform support the Mission.
• Performs managerial duties to include performanceevaluations, salary reviews, behavior modification, career counseling, and resolution of employee issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities and recommends improvements to processes and procedures in the organization, to promote maximumefficiency and enhance the member experience.
• Implements and monitors processes and performance standards.
• Provides feedback for improvements to process and/or product owners.
• Removes obstacles and champions change.

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree
• 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a Degree .
• 6 or more years of progressive related experience required.
• 2 or more years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience required.

Preferred Skills:

• 4 years of Residential Real Estate closing experience with a high-volume lender.
• 2 years title closing experience.
• Functional working knowledge of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures and Mortgage Lending Regulations.
• 6 years of functional and technical expertise of Real Estate Mortgage loan fulfillment , to include pipeline execution, prioritization.
• Meets rules, obligations, and timelines to comply with company policy, contracts, investor guidelines, lending programs, and state and federal law and regulations.
• Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures stablished by the company.
• Use a variety of computer programs and applications for document productions, organization, research, communications, and other assorted tasks.

Compensation:

USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $51,700 - $93,200.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

Geographical Differential : Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.

Shift premium will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
