VP of Talent and Leadership Engagement, you will manage and scale a national team of remote Talent Partners to ensure we attract the best possible talent to support our success.ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:Lead and i nspire a Team of Talent Partners responsible for full cycle recruitment, building talent pipelines and managing hiring processes throughout our franchise network.Drive a national Talent Acquisition Strategy through innovation to fuel our high-volume staffing efforts.Strengthen our Talent Model and processes to ensure competitiveness and our ability to attract top talent at just the right time.Act as a Strategic Advisor by consulting with our offices on best practices in growing their talent acquisition capabilities and office capacity.Elevate Employment Branding to capture applicants whose career aspirations align with our flexible, part-time remote Employee Value Proposition.Provide consultative full-cycle recruitment support to key high growth clients.Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process while modeling our respect for diversity and core values.Manage Recruitment Budget and TA Vendor relationships.Maximize applicant tracking system (iCIMS) capabilities to gain efficiencies and improved reporting to drive decision making.QualificationsYou possess:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field requiredEight years Talent Acquisition related management experience, start-up environment highly desirableTen years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience, accounting or professional services industry strongly preferredDemonstrated experience developing and implementing employer branding and social media recruitment strategiesPassion for recruiting with a combination of corporate and employment agency experienceDeep desire to strengthen small business owners' Talent capabilities through active coaching and skill developmentOutstanding relationship skills and ability to quickly build trust and respect at all levelsSuccess in growing talent pipeline through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channelsDemonstrated experience in driving team effectiveness through ATS data analytics and pipeline analysisEnthusiasm to work collaboratively and thrive in a high-performance remote team environmentSuperior written and verbal communications skillsAbout Supporting Strategies:Supporting Strategies provides outsourced, full cycle accounting services and operational support to growing businesses.
