About the Commercial Operations Department:

The commercial operations team is both the partner-facing piece of the PWN organization, delivering exceptional service and results for partners and PWN alike, and also the driver of all internal operations focused on the delivery of seamless execution across all projects. Our mission is to dramatically increase access to testing that improves people’s lives, speeds the growth of PWN, and offers life-changing career opportunities for our employees.

General Position Summary:

The successful candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing and/or public relations. As a Marketing Coordinator at PWN, you will be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and working closely with a rapidly growing commercial team, supporting sales and business development efforts.

Specific Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with commercial team to support sales enablement and B2B marketing efforts
  • Coordinate and manage digital and social media channels, including editorial calendar development and maintenance
  • Execute against a digital and social media management strategy
  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and compile data into reports
  • Manage basic marketing data entry and analysis for monthly marketing reports
  • Maintain upkeep of the organizational brand toolkit and other Google Drive folders owned by marketing
  • Coordinate industry event planning and logistics including vendor management, scheduling, development of sales-enablement assets
  • Assist with development of branded resources to support commercial efforts, including copywriting, proofing, basic-advanced graphic design
  • Support core business lines including consumer testing and population health initiatives with marketing-related needs
  • Assist in drafting press materials, blog content and white papers
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for getting involved with cross-org efforts that further support commercial priorities
  • Ready to jump in and undertake additional tasks that may arise

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of healthcare marketing, communications, journalism, and/or PR experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills
  • Driven, self-starter, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines

Professional Skills

  • Skill and comfort with Google Suite tools (Sheets/Docs/Slides/Drive) necessary
  • Experience and comfort on a variety of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Medium
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
