INDUS Technology, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our grow international team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide full life-cycle recruiting for varied exempt and non-exempt positions. This role partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and best recruiting strategies, sources, screens and prepares... candidates for interviews with hiring managers, and delivers employment offers. This position is the public face of our company during the recruiting process, and must ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process. The TA Specialist is expected to build applicant sources and pipelines through researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies,media, and internet sites, and to maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards.
The TA Specialist is a critical and visible role, requiring ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities. Must be team-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion, results-focus, creativity, and ability to influence others.
3+ years of high-volume, full-service recruiting for multiple and varied positions required
Strong negotiation skills
Demonstrated internal and external customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to utilize computer systems (ATS, MS Office) to maximize performance
Experience recruiting for technical jobs or in a government (DOD) contract environment preferred
Familiarity with military terminology, especially U.S. Navy, helpful
Knowledge of Affirmative Action requirements and experience recruiting in an Affirmative Action setting a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Resources preferred. HR Certification and/or experience in lieu of degree may be acceptable.
