What you will be doing

  • Manage and lead business development team daily operations
  • Conduct motivational team meetings and review metrics
  • Provide sales support, coaching and mentorship
  • Conduct 1 on 1 meetings with sales agents
  • Generate lead lists of key target markets and industries
  • Conduct final interviews to build your team
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and industry specific changes
  • Manage and allocate incentives to motivate sales agents

  • Strong consultative selling skills, ability to handle any objection

  • Excited to work collaboratively to contribute and implement new initiatives and strategies
  • Experience working remote and managing virtual teams
  • Attention to detail providing high quality results

Compensation: Salary (DOE) + Bonus structure

Hours of operation: 40 hours per week. M - F, 7:00am - 4:00pm (PST)

Work environment: 2+ years experience managing virtual teams
Experience: 2+ years experience in a managerial role

Technologies: Slack, G Suite, Microsoft Excel, Vicidial, Zoiper, Whereby, Zoom
