Project Manager, Alliance & Business Development, Pharmaceuticals, Consultant Summary Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization, has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide them with a Project Manager to oversee project coordination and management of strategy workstreams and business development opportunities. Duties / Expectations of Role • Interact with external parties to arrange for introductory demo’s, capabilities presentations, and Q&A • Develop and execute project plans for complex strategy and BD projects • Manage and consolidate input from multiple subject matter experts in a timely manner • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the internal opportunity management system • Support management of relevant business governance meetings, including agenda development and pre- and post-communication • Develop effective and efficient reporting process and tools for projects • Develop reports for different audience including leadership per reporting process and... requirements Mandatory Requirements • Proven track record and complete/full understanding and demonstrated abilities in project management skills and other related disciplines • BA or BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of leading projects in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with changing deadlines • Project Management (PMP) certification is useful, but not required • Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player and can drive results • Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to recognize and escalate issues Additional Notes • On-site in Princeton, NJ - remote flexibility • 12+ month contract with possibility of hire • Must be action oriented, customer focused, can manager workloads, and set priorities • Must be willing to support a global organization • Must be able to work with multi-functional teams • Must be comfortable with ambiguity
