Purpose of JobWe are seeking a hardworking Compliance Risk Manager Lead - Regulatory Exam Management for either our San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC, facility. This person may also work remotely in a 100% Remote Work Environment.

Within Bank Compliance: Leads and facilitates responses/approvals to questions and information received from regulators and internal audit, ensuring timely delivery, and advancing accordingly. Serves as trusted adviser on regulatory exams and internal audits. Implements industry standard methodologies for regulatory exam and internal audit management by providing task management and expertise.
Provides second-line independent oversight and guidance regarding business products, services, and processes through a compliance framework to ensure they are executed within regulatory requirements.
