Job Description
Kelly Services is currently seeking a full-time experienced Compliance Administrator for one of our top clients, one of the largest eye-wear companies in the world located in Costa Mesa, CA!

  • Immediate Consideration, Interviews are being held ASAP*

Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $30.00 per hour

This is NOT a remote position

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support project to digitalize compliance documents; categorize paper documents & scan / shred go forward documents into a usable repository; Support the Compliance Specialists with data entry / administration for audit / filing requirements
  • Thoroughly prepares, researches, and completes business partners/carrier reporting requirements and any other requirements set by state and federal agencies and reviews related regulations and performs analysis to assure all requirements are met and filed within the deadline.
  • Thoroughly and timely tracks reporting deadlines by month and logs all... in-process and completed reports.
  • Assists in the preparation of internal claims and quality management/utilization management audit, results, and findings.
  • Assists Manager of Compliance with compilation, standardization, and interpretation of data and reports to meet operational and contractual requirements
  • Scan documents to create electronic files and assure scanned documents are accurate with highest quality possible and shred after.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative and / or project management role and progressive compliance experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Typing (50 wpm) and internet research
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to formulate document content and effectively present information - Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to secure the confidentiality of company documents
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative.
