The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects.
The responsibilities of the Operations Manager includes managing, understanding, and guiding projects into completion.
Set follow-up appointments and keep constant communication with clients to provide updates on the progress of their projects.
Perform the full range of project management cycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
The Operations Manager facilitates internal and external communications... regarding the state of projects, ensuring those stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate client onboarding process.
Maintains project management standards by providing solution-driven resources.
Answers customers’ questions and general inquiries.
Enforces company policies and procedures.
Manage brokerage accounts as a Major Accounts Executive.
Identify system improvements and implement standard operating procedures.
Support in training new team members, building training documents, and talent acquisition.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSExcellent customer service, communication (English written and verbal), and organizational skills.
Understanding of Photo and Video ProductionUnderstanding of Real Estate MarketingCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) software fluency - Tech-savvyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well in a high-paced environment.
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection.
Aptitude for technical/systems adoption and ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Proficient with Google G Suite and word processing software.
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred.
Strong writing skills are a plus.
