Job Details

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Core: Provide technical and behavioral direction to the team, daily interaction with GTM, coordination of team reporting.

Primary contact for problem resolution of escalated transactional issues.

Inventory: Management of inventory properties through the development of effective marketing strategies.

Coordination of all functions related to the sale of inventory in order to minimize costs and increase overall profitability.

Build effective relationships with Clients and Account Management.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core:

Minimize direct costs through effective processing while minimizing financial risk

Work with RES Manager to identify and resolve issues with staff, supplier partners, clients and other management to insure highest standards of professionalism.

Research and resolve team service issues.

Identify corrective action opportunities.

Assist Manager in assessing strengths and developmental needs of employees and provide timely... coaching.

Participates in job candidate interviewing, training and team performance reviews

Participate and/or lead projects

Develop and deliver team training

On call for Evening/Weekend Premier Executive escalations (rotates between Sr.’s)

Inventory Management:

Work with agent to develop marketing strategies

Train, coach and mentor agents on Cartus expectations, policies and procedures

Responsible for accurate TDOE forecasting and financial modeling

Secure and manage referral fees for inventory properties.

Maintain HEM

Maintain effective relationships with CSM/AE to keep them advised of compliance and profitability issues.

Proactively communicate inventory management issues and recommend effective property action plans

Prioritize and authorize repairs, improvements and incentives, adhering to client guidelines and approval limits.

Client interaction to review inventory position.

Work with appropriate personnel at first identification of red flag property characteristics and/or compliance issues

QUALIFICATIONS/SELECTION CRITERIA:

3-5 years business experience within a multi-faceted real estate related environment is preferred

Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills required

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results in a high volume metrics driven service environment

Proficiency in Microsoft office products

Remote working requires 50 MB download and 7 MB upload internet speed
