Positions:We’re looking for Licensed and Certified Appraisers who are ready to help change the game and be part of an amazing organization.
The pay range we’re offering for this posting is 50,000-90,000 annually.
We offer Appraisers a guaranteed base salary and bonus pay.

Amazing customer service and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities:Complete a variety of formal appraisals of land or real property for lending and non-lending purposes.
Evaluate properties to establish current market values using the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
Making on-site visits, inspecting, and measuring properties, and interviewing clients.
Stay informed of current regulations, standards, and best practices.
Deliver high levels of customer service to clients, lenders, homeowners, or points of contact.
