Job Description
Our client, a leading Insurance Carrier, is seeking to add (2) Commercial Property Claims Directors to their operations due to tremendous growth! This person will be responsible for overseeing a team of 6-7 Senior Commercial Property Claims Examiners and General Adjusters handling complex Commercial Property losses from inception to close. This person would be responsible for overseeing the management/technical oversight and processes/procedures of Commercial Property claims within the unit. This person would have the ability to work remotely!
Provide ongoing mentoring and guidance to staff.
Coordinate responses to inquiries from regulators and stakeholders.
Ensure that any investigation/ settlement /reserve/coverage matter is appropriately managed; establish and maintain critical relationships with key stakeholders.
Administer all staff performance reviews.
Requirements
7 to 15+ years of Commercial Property claims handling experience
5+ years of Commercial Property... Claims Management/Supervisor experience
Must be well-versed in drafting coverage position letters
Must hold an active Adjusters License
Must have experience handling business income loss and litigated files
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
Salary/Benefits
$125,000 to $150,000 annual base salary plus bonus
