LMS administrators are involved in virtually every aspect of the LMS implementation process, from finding the best tool for the job to maintaining the system and gathering crucial feedback. Will coordinating with the Training team and giving online learners the ongoing support, they need. As an LMS Administrator, you should know what tasks fall under your purview to avoid boundaries being overstepped. You will be responsible for Defining user roles, creating courses, certifications, feedback, etc.
We are looking for highly diligent candidates with excellent attention to detail for the role of LMS Administrator/Coordinator. A Learning Management System administrator is a person who has the responsibility of managing the team and providing daily support as well as keeping the ongoing operations of an LMS stable
\u25CF More than two years experience as an LMS Administrator/Coordinator
\u25CF Excellent oral and written communication skills
\u25CF Must be a Graduate
\u25CF Detail-oriented
\u25CF Responsible for providing end-to-end LMS support across all verticles
\u25CF Support the administration of the company’s performance management systems and processes
\u25CF Develops and executes testing plans for any system changes or enhancements with documented outcomes
\u25CF Provide content for the development of product documentation (including business/technical specs, training materials, user guides, etc.)
\u25CF Will work closely with Training and Quality Team in utilizing the LMS within their respective areas
\u25CF Manage roles, securities, and permissions associated with LMS access; develop and maintain LMS Governance plan
\u25CF Curriculum builds - Works closely with trainers to accurately define, design, develop and implement LMS curriculum build to support role-based training
\u25CF Assists in the creation, management, and enforcement of LMS standards, policies, and operating procedures; drive continuous process improvement
\u25CF Provide ongoing training data analysis for Learning & Development leadership team
\u25CF Collect and maintain data from Learning and Development events and other initiatives
\u25CF Support data entry of events including setting up new classes, running reports, and monitoring course enrolment
\u25CF High proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook / Word, etc.)
