LabCorp has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Benefits Advisor to join the North America Benefits Team! As a key member of the North America Benefits team, the Senior Benefits Advisor will utilize their background in employee benefits to lead activities in support of the company's benefit plans and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day to day operations across various benefit plans, including Disability, Leaves of Absence, Spending Accounts, COBRA, and Adoption Assistance
  • Overseeing relationships with third-party benefit vendors
  • Analyzing paid sick leave regulations and coordinating policy development with legal counsel
  • Collaborating with payroll to resolve payroll deduction errors
  • Researching and responding to employee benefit inquiries
  • Supporting the maintenance and testing of benefits enrollment system functionality
  • Supporting the analysis and reconciliation of 401k... contributions
  • Auditing and validating employee data across various Human Capital Management Systems
  • Maintaining knowledge of current benefit trends and regulations to recommend plan design changes and process improvements
  • Driving results within assigned projects

This role can be remote/home based

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related fields is required;
  • 5+ years of benefits administration experience;
  • CEBS certificate is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little oversight;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to different levels in the organization;
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills is critical;
  • Experience working in a healthcare and/or life sciences environment is a plus
