Our client, a San Francisco Bay Area/Austin, TX based small business human resources provider is seeking a Part-Time HR Consultant. They're seeking someone who is Fluent Spanish/English Bi-Lingual. The position starts out as part time and can stay that way or move into full time. Benefit eligible at 20 hours! Great for work/life balance.
Must live in the San Francisco Bay Area to be able to be onsite with clients (mostly Oakland and San Francisco but could be other places) as things open up, but work from home at other times. It's usually a few days at home and a few days onsite.
The ideal person must know wage and hour and LOA laws off the top of their head, be a thinker as well as a doer, and move fluidly through different work cultures and environments. No two days are the same and that should excite you. You'll have at least eight years of experience managing the HR function.

You will work from home probably four days per week to start and will be onsite with clients one day. As people start getting used to in-person meetings again, you'll be at home 2-3 days per week and onsite locally the rest of the time, maybe not for full days, just appointments. You can choose to work part time or full time so we pay by the hour.
