Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to advise on defining the relevant sourcing strategies based on job and candidate market, effective methods on screening/interviewing candidates, and offer negotiations.
- Drive and lead Israel Talent Acquisition strategy, budget, and annual action plan.
- Manage and drive end-to-end recruitment projects, with a high focus on quality, customer satisfaction, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Focus on Brand enhancement projects through collaborations with the Global Employer brand team, local Marketing team, local HR team, and Universities.
- Lead university hiring efforts and local... Student Program for the country in collaboration with global university hiring team.
- Build and facilitate trainings for hiring managers and HR team to educate to key Talent Acquisition related topics.
- Use Social Media to leverage key recruitment tools and channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn to reach both passive and active candidates.
- Focal point to the local Talent Acquisition, HR colleagues and to Hiring Managers on the recruiting process to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Continuously look to expand your own and team knowledge on the talent market, bring competitors’ insights and out-of-the-box solutions.
Who are we looking for?
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in international organizations
- Strong project management, leadership and process development skills
- Knowledge of sourcing methods and platforms
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- An expert in Social media, playing on multiple channels to influencing opinions and increase brand awareness
- Collaborator – capable of building relationships across diverse teams and cultures
- A unique voice and a talent to challenge the status quo with growth mindset and focus on continuous learning
- Independent results-oriented professional with ability to adopt a pragmatic and flexible approach
- Fluent in Hebrew and English – both, verbal and written
