Our client is looking for a Strategic Sourcer. In the talent sourcer role, you are expected to evaluate and screen potential candidates to fill the client’s vacant positions. A key element of this position is the ability to attract highly-competitive and best-fit candidates for the job. Success in this role will be determined by providing an increased number of qualified candidates and retention rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Making high volume outbound calls to identify potential leads
  • Updating and maintaining CRM and ATS database
  • Reviewing resumes and screening qualified candidates
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Inputting candidate data in spreadsheets and databases
  • Administrative support to both the recruiting staff and candidate pool
  • Leveraging cutting edge sourcing tools and social media recruiting tools to drive candidates to the team
    Position Requirements:
    Basic/Required:
  • 1 year or greater of prior experience working in a fast-paced... environment
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication – Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone or in-person
    Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Experience utilizing social media tools and online platforms to source
