Our client is looking for a Strategic Sourcer. In the talent sourcer role, you are expected to evaluate and screen potential candidates to fill the client’s vacant positions. A key element of this position is the ability to attract highly-competitive and best-fit candidates for the job. Success in this role will be determined by providing an increased number of qualified candidates and retention rates.
Responsibilities:
- Making high volume outbound calls to identify potential leads
- Updating and maintaining CRM and ATS database
- Reviewing resumes and screening qualified candidates
- Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Inputting candidate data in spreadsheets and databases
- Administrative support to both the recruiting staff and candidate pool
- Leveraging cutting edge sourcing tools and social media recruiting tools to drive candidates to the team
Position Requirements:
Basic/Required:
- 1 year or greater of prior experience working in a fast-paced... environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication – Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone or in-person
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
