  • *Job Summary:**

System Soft Technologies is looking for a Jr. IT Recruiter will provide assistance to support the full life cycle of recruitment, which may include Sourcing, Job Posting, Resume Review, Screening, Interviewing and Hiring.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Establish and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Drive the organization to build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions.
  • Effective use of Job Boards, obtaining leads and referrals, etc
  • Should be well versed and abreast with latest technologies to effectively screen candidates for the given roles.
  • Assist with daily issue resolutions and ensuring appropriate job order coverage.
  • Review recruiter activity metrics against set expectations on a regular basis.
  • Establishes individual and team performance goals and track productivity.
  • Daily review of recruiters’ systems usage and compliance against expectations.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Minimum 4- 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT staffing
  • Should have worked on direct hires and contract to hire role.
  • Experience working with Direct clients, State/ Federal clients.
  • Open to learn new methodologies and willingness to challenge oneself
  • Experience in using job portals like Dice and Monster.
  • Great writing and communication skills are a must.
  • Strong Boolean search skills and social media like LinkedIn.
  • Excellent organizational, engaging people skills, with a track record of balancing multiple competing priorities.
  • Positive Attitude & Team Player.
  • Any Degree OR PG
