Description:We have 2 tiers of pharm techs - Care specialist 1 and Care specialist 2"As a Pharmacy Technician I, you will use our custom-built pharmacy management system to perform detailed data entry and processing. In addition to prescription intake, responsibilities will include coordinating renewals. This is an external-facing where youll deliver an extraordinary customer service experience via phone, email, text, and chat. Provide excellent customer service, particularly on phone calls and messagesWork with patients and other pharmacies to assist with prescription transfers.Utilize training and coaching from your leads to identify areas for process improvement""As a Pharmacy Technician II, you will use your advanced knowledge working in a pharmacy to prepare and submit third-party insurance claims using our custom-built pharmacy management system. Provisional license (min.) mandatory for first day of employment >Successful candidates bring some professional knowledge, whether pharmacy or general healthcare, along with ability to communicate effectively and overcome challengestech level 2 ($19/hour)- Care Specialist II2+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacyExceptional knowledge of commercial and government insurance and how to troubleshoot claimsAbility to learn and operate a new pharmacy management system and other relevant equipmentAbility to interpret, transcribe, and troubleshoot prescription informationAbility to perform common math calculationsPreferred Qualifications: Experience with specialty claims adjudicationExperience submitting and managing Prior Authorizations and TAR'sInsurance billing experience> some Prior Authorizations would be nice>Nice to Have: Specialty experience (Fertility, Endo/Cardio, Pulmonary, Long-term care etc.)>Successful candidates bring knowledge of pharmacy, certified, knowledge of billing, handling complex workflows/issues.
