The Senior User Experience (UX) Analyst is responsible for developing a deep understanding of the customer experience in digital channels and business systems and processes to help drive impactful, data-driven decisions. Working under general supervision, the Senior UX Analyst will contribute to building out the ecommerce roadmap and use multiple tools and techniques to help identify customer pain points and needs.

The Sr. UX Analyst will

  • Present insights gathered using qualitative and quantitative user experience data analysis to business leaders for feedback
  • Support business strategies by working cross functionally to help build out the product roadmap and release planning
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into tangible interaction designs through detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user... stories
  • Test and validate usability by monitoring and reporting metrics, leveraging research and analytics to drive website updates and improved user experience.
  • Contribute to discussions and decisions on roles and responsibilities in a growing team
  • Guide and mentor less experienced UX team members
  • Enhance the team knowledge of best practices and trends in UX research, strategy and design
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal and external customer panels for use in UX research projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Technology, Project Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7-10 years of experience as a UX analyst, designer or researcher, or product owner, leveraging emergent technologies. Experience with web analytics tools, business process analysis, requirements gathering and project management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, wire framing, A/B and multivariate testing, SEO, on site search, HTML and CSS and Java script. Experience working with an Agile product development team in a UX Designer role a plus. Mentoring, working with a remote team, SCRUM Master and B2B experience is also a plus.
