- *****Challenges you’ll need to meet:
- *As a designer
- Develop architectural concepts across all platforms
- Work on hypothesis-driven UX design for increasing... product metrics
- Take part in developing new features at all stages of the design process
- Create interactive interface prototypes
- Hold usability testing and iterative design changes
- Create final interface layouts and write supporting documentation (flows, wireframes, prototypes, animations, graphics, or high-fidelity mockups)
- *As a lead**
- Building and developing \u0430 strong UI/UX design department
- Coordinate the team of designers and be on the guard of consistency, clarity, and standards
- Mentoring designers
- You will be responsible for design language across the company
- Take an active role in developing a brand of our product
- Improve workflows with product teams (content, marketing, developers, product analysts, product managers, etc.)
- *****Your professional qualities:
- *As a designer:****
- Experience in designing mobile interfaces 2+ years
- Vast product experience (UX/Visual) and ability to manage UX initiatives from the stage of idea to release
- Experience in UX-Research & Customer Development
- Experience in creating design systems and style guides
- Deep knowledge in a/b testing and methods to evaluate the efficiency of design solutions
- Experience in close collaboration with product, content, development team
- *As a lead:**
- Experience in leading a design team (3+ Designers)
- Experience in hiring designers, motion, illustrators
- Experience in organizing and optimizing design processes
- You mentor or teach courses
- Quickly generate ideas, and can effectively delegate implementation
- *Nice to have:**
- Experience in design studio
- Experience in health startups
- Participation in design sprints
- Experience as a speaker at design conferences
