Process Control Electrical Engineer IV

In addition to leading and directing the work of others, this engineer is responsible for performing an assortment of complex engineering duties such as manufacturing planning and the installation, operation and... maintenance of electrical apparatus. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and study technical drawings, electrical system specifications and topographical maps.
• Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products and systems for commercial, industrial purposes.
• Use computer-assisted engineering, design software and equipment to perform assignments.
• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• A master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Requires at least 8 years related experience.
• Understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the engineering field.
• Expert with analytical and CAD software.
• Requires knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
