The Marketing Operations Team at Q-Centrix supports an aggressive growth strategy through a combination of digital and traditional marketing efforts. We’re searching for an ambitious marketing manager to support Demand Generation efforts through the use of marketing automation.

As the Marketing Manager, you will:
- Govern, optimize, and elevate the use of our marketing... automation platform – Marketo.
- Implement and measure targeted campaigns to drive qualified leads to our business development teams, while ensuring leads from other external sources are contacted and qualified timely.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey.
- Utilize data to optimize programmatic and search engine marketing campaigns.
- Act as a steward of the data within Marketing Automation (Marketo) and CRM (SalesForce) by assessing, cleaning, and maintaining data to support outreach efforts.
- Deliver multi-touch/multi-channel analysis insights, with the help of Bizible, to drive higher conversions and inform investments.
- Track and analyze department KPIs related to digital media, advertising, email marketing, SEO and SEM.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey.

- Are the proud owner of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar.
- Possess strong technical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Consider yourself a marketing automation fanatic – you have a love for naming conventions and lead lifecycle management.
- Experience managing Google AdWords and programmatic advertising campaigns.
- You’re an excel enthusiast.
- Don’t shy away from getting your hands dirty with data (to clean it up).
