About the Role:

Party Provider organizations while enhancing the efficiency & effectiveness of the financial-related Governance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Corporate Shared Services leads to deliver transparent financial insights supporting key productivity initiatives and decisions
  • Utilize automation tools to standardize Provider Governance processes and procedures
  • Measure and monitor service level performance against established targets and utilize reported data to drive value-added recommendations which further enhance these targets
  • Assist in modelling and validating the benefits & cost of contract changes including the onboarding of new work into our existing Provider agreements
  • Support monthly and quarterly closing, reporting, and forecasting rhythms
  • Develop data-driven dashboards and financial results utilized in senior-level reviews, actively contribute to & participate in executive steering committee meetings
  • Identify trends / anomalies in monthly SLA & volume reporting, analyze and perform follow up actions to resolve
  • Validate the timeliness and accuracy of standard monthly deliverables submitted by the Provider, including volumes, FTEs & invoices, etc., drive continuous improvement through aggregating the information/exceptions for post mortem reporting
  • Assess performance credit allocations with functional leads, develop/implement recommendations
  • Maintain Governance meetings, including meeting chairs, coordinators & attendees in central Governance application (GovernX)
  • Review & maintain user access requests, changes in GovernX application
  • Oversee and maintain Issues, Actions & Improvement Plans arising from missed SLA targets or surfaced during formal weekly/monthly Governance Forums.

Competencies:

  • At least 4 years' experience, with bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or comparable discipline, in a dynamic, large company environment
  • Financial, analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to convey complex messages in a simple way
  • Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong background in self-service data analytic tools including but not limited to Power BI & Alteryx
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
  • Team oriented, high-energy & professionalism with demonstrated Executive presence
