Ruby/React Engineers (100% Remote)

Searching for 10+ Ruby/React Engineers, the client is looking for BOTH Fullstack and/or *Backend Engineers *for *100% remote roles.*This client has a "startup-like" environment, so they are looking for awesome people with problem solving and consultative mindsets in addition to the ideal mix of technical skills. * Looking for talented Ruby / React engineers for multiple teams at this growing company. * At this point, the client is ideally looking for software engineers with 4+ years of Ruby/React and 7-8+ years of overall development. However, as this team grows, they are also going to be open to hiring more junior/mid-level developers as well. * Positions can sit *100% remote Contract to Hire / C2H (Fulltime salaries are competitive. There are performance based bonuses, as well as potential for equity grants! Excellent benefits including unlimited PTO once you convert to fulltime - most employees take between 20-25 days off per year)* Candidates will be working on multiple... projects for the client, with one of the biggest priorities being the conversion of an existing monolith into more comprehensible micro services (within a monolith). * Work environment is very much like that of a "start up" and strongly supports collaboration and pairing.
