About This Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer to join our creative team at Glints. With a strong agility and interest, UI/UX Developer will build and maintain Glints’ brand presence through UI/UX development such as landing pages and product design mockup, in order to achieve the best design decision that fulfills the business goals and improve the user and brand experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop glints landing pages through design thinking from end to end that included the points below:
• Develop the UI/UX of the landing pages (including to do some of the basic scripting -- HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Do the research and gather the insights
• Ideate solutions to solve the design problems
• Support to... achieve the business goals with the design decisions

What We Are Looking For

• Basic grasp of UI/UX Design and basic scripting (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Bachelor degree in any fields are welcome
• Point plus if have a basic grasp of motion design
• Available for 6 months period of contract in Jakarta or remote, with flexible working hour
• Interested to learn about startup marketing strategy
• Ability to work with details in a fast pace environment
• Excellent and persuasive communication skills both written and spoken in English and Bahasa
• Resourceful, high initiative and self-driven person
