A great opportunity for a NetSuite ERP Functional Consultant to work with an experienced and supportive team. Within the role you will be responsible for providing internal, ongoing system and technical support to NetSuite users including training, as well as liaising with management and clients in developing internal NetSuite capabilities, providing regular updates, and solutions throughout the project life cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult and advise on NetSuite best practices
- Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations within NetSuite
- Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, components to maintain project progression
- Demonstrate experience in translating business requirements into workable NetSuite business solution
- Provide and facilitate trainings to department managers and employees prior to implementation
- Integrate, support, and maintain third party software connections to NetSuite
- Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports... KPIs, and dashboards
- Monitor & administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, etc.
- Utilize technical knowledge and business acumen to develop scripts, workflows, and reports
- Support all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity and serve as primary contact for NetSuite support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP functionality, preferably within the Supply Chain modules (WMS / MFG)
- A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
- Project management, system implementation and system integration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting)
- NetSuite administration, configuration, and development in complex business environments
- Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards
- Strong data analytics, reporting and database experience (SQL and NetSuite)
- Advanced data analysis with excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
