ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Description: The Regulatory Program Manager is a member of the Rightway Legal team reporting to the General Counsel. This role forms key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Rightway remains up-to-date on all regulatory and licensing requirements in accordance with company, state and federal guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, process and monitor license obligations with state and federal agencies on behalf of Rightway as an organization and for individuals requiring direct licensure.
Monitor ongoing state and federal regulations to understand any impact to Rightway operations for PBM and telemedicine operations.
Research state and federal regulations and work with the business area to translate guidance to business requirements.
Perform an ongoing operational assessment to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines (i.e. ERISA, ACA).
Assist with completing state licensing applications for clinicians (medical directors, nurses, pharmacists).
Monitor and maintain all current licensing documents and assist with renewal applications as applicable.
Support the strategic planning, implementation, and renewal of all PBM and telemedicine accreditations, certifications, licenses, and compliance projects.
All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education level: Bachelor’s Degree Required. Preferred: Master’s Degree
Work experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Location information: NYC or Denver. Highly qualified remote candidates will be considered (occasional travel may be required)
