We are looking for an experienced, licensed CA Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who's attention to detail and customer service are second to none!
Our ideal candidate would thrive in a structured environment, have rapid problem solving ability and be highly responsive.
Manage aspects of buyer and seller transactions.
Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
Submit all necessary documentation for file compliance.
Coordinate and schedule closing process.
Enter all client information into client database.
Draft and manage referral agreements.
Assist with documenting incoming offers.
Order Agent and client gifts.
