First Class Transactions provide first class transaction coordinating services to real estate agents.
It’s our job to track deadlines, send reminders, assist with the paperwork, and most importantly give our agents a true first-class experience!

We are hiring a transaction coordinator for our client services team.
In this role, you will be the main point of contract handling emails and phone calls.
ResponsibilitiesAct as liaison and establish a... relationship between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, inspectors, other vendors and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a saleFollow our Transaction Checklist and use the provided email scripts throughout the saleCommunicate needs to our other departments and team leadUnderstand the contracts in order to provide guidance and support for agentsCommunicate regularly with our clients to let them know what to expect in each step of the closing processBe the first point of contact for all questions that arise throughout the closing process.
RequirementsYou must be currently working as a transaction coordinator or in a similar role at a real estate brokerage.
You must have a quiet, distraction-free environment to work inYou must have reliable internet and a computer with at least 2 monitorsYou must be FUN!
