This is an immediate need for someone in the Chattanooga, TN area; please be local to Chattanooga or able to justifiably relocate and begin a new position within 2-4 weeks of offer acceptance. --The Bolton Group has been exclusively retained by an industry-leading real estate/construction organization to assist in securing a motivated, high-performing real estate sales manager to join their Chattanooga team! You would join the company as a full-time, W2 Employee with access to benefits and paid time off. Co. will also sponsor all licensing costs! The ideal candidate will have a successful background in residential real estate and a proven record of managing high-performing sales agents.Responsibilities Drive company sales growth by setting, meeting, exceeding sales goals Manage, motivate, and mentor sales agents Recruit, hire, train new sales agents Realtor outreach Grand openings, new home launches Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred 2+ years... successful real estate sales leadership experience Must hold TN real estate licenses (GA Reciprocation will be required) Must hold or be willing to obtain broker's license (co. paid) Any night/weekend work can be handled from home (remotely).
