The Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Operations (CREW) team enables a dynamic workplace experience through designing, developing, and operating day-to-day services that contribute to the culture and success of ZG. CREW partners with our businesses, functional teams and individuals to manage state-of-the-art services, enhance safety and security, and provide agile real estate planning to determine strategic and future needs. About The Role
We are looking for a forward thinking corporate real estate leader, with a background in strategy, technology, and execution to join our growing organization. This individual will lay the foundation for our real estate strategy for the distributed workforce and hybrid office (home + office) model for Zillow 2.0. You will lead the Corporate Real Estate, Building Operations, and Coworking Space teams. This is an influential role, driving operational excellence across the workplace in support of Zillow’s mission. We are re-imagining how and why people come to work.
You will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Operations, partnering closely with our Workplace Experience (WX), Core Tech, Financial Planning, and Analysis (FP&A), and Legal teams. This partnership makes for a highly collaborative and inclusive environment, while working with insanely fun people! We are obsessed with designing a flexible model that allows our people to work from anywhere, anytime.
You Will Get To
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
