A leading eCommerce company is looking for a virtual technical recruiter with experience hiring different levels of SDEs. Job Description:Looking for candidates that have recent experience recruiting software developers that are current with technologies like java, c++, javascript, python, node.js, angular.js, distributed systems and may be either for SDE and/or FEE (Front End Engineering) disciplinesNeed to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with little supervision The Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused recruiter with a passion for delighting the client and candidate, to join our global recruiting organization. You will be supporting team to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with your Hiring Managers. You will work alongside top recruiters who are highly collaborative and fun loving.Successful sourcers on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to... hit customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.Candidate Requirements:- 3+ years of progressive technical recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement, and closing strategies- 3+ years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and ATS systems, web search, and other sourcing products- 2+ years of experience with recruiting-related data; able to produce metrics-driven recruiting documentsPreferred Skills: - 3+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive experience including passive candidate generation and full life cycle recruiting. - Must have experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including internet research. - CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.- Bachelor's degree preferred. - Provides superior client service Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
