Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
Add at least 5 qualified technical candidates added to the matching pool (software developer, cyber security, Unix administrator, systems administration, database... engineer and network engineer, etc).
Contribute to weekly submissions (number specified by manager)
At least 1-2 candidate per month selected and hired (12 candidates per year).
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be US Citizen
Minimum of 0-2 years of recruiting experience in IT contracting or IT staffing agency or Inside Sales or B2B.
A tenacious drive to win and a persistence to push beyond adversity to solve challenging problems.
Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including strategies that are uniquely your own (expertise in alternative search engines, boolean search strings, and data mining).
As a recruiter, you will spend most of your day on the phone and emailing.
Skilled verbal and written communication is necessary.
Ability to match candidate skills to IT positions.
Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both.
Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality.
Exceptional ability on the phone to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests.
Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
Desired:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Agency recruitment experience preferred.
Minimum of 0-2 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in federal contracting.
Experience within technical terminology.
Minimum of 0-2 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in federal contracting.
AIRS - Certified Social Souring Certification (CSSR),
Certified Social Media Certification (CSMR),
Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)
Any certification focused on recruiting or sourcing.
