Job Description
Kelly Services has an immediate opening for long term contract TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST. This 1st shift, Monday-Friday (Tues-Fri are REMOTE) opportunity is located in Sidney, OH and pays $25/hour. Please review the JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS and should you qualify, follow the instructions to apply.

PAY: $25/hour

HOURS/DAYS: 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm (Mondays onsite; Tuesdays-Fridays REMOTE)


Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay updated of current and future hiring and business needs

Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media and employee referrals

Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection

Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations

Represent the company at job fairs and other... Employer Branding events

Handle new hire orientations and paperwork

Prepare recruitment statistics and feedback according to business need

Bachelor’s degree or more than 4+ years of HR experience

A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant HR or recruiting experience with Direct sourcing experience (technical recruiting experience – preferred)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Must have knowledge of Oracle
