Your Role and Responsibilities
The Campus Recruiter will recruit qualified... students to fill entry-level and intern positions in designated geographic areas and business units. Responsibilities include the coordination of recruiting activities, in addition to developing and maintaining relationships with Career Services offices and faculty. This role is also responsible for the client brand and image at college campuses.

Guiding the client recruiting teams on the process is a key responsibility as is serving as the main point of contact for the participating students, the Campus Leads, Human Resources and the Talent Acquisition Team. While managing each step of the recruitment process, this role will also be expected to administer and coordinate regional business unit internship programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer all on campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes
Work with the recruiting team, to establish a consistent approach that matches other top-rated professional service firms
Coordinate recruiting activities for regional business unit internship programs
Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates, including diversity initiatives and business-specific requirements
Maintain a constant and steady focus on each marketplace and disseminate local market intelligence to key client groups
Coordinate with recruiting team and others to confirm all candidates receive appropriate care and attention
Participate and contribute to strategic client outreach and initiatives
Utilize the applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting and hiring activity
Serve on HR project teams as required, to meet the campus needs of the business
Prioritize work in order to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Develop and maintain effective relationships with all campus stakeholder
Maintain knowledge of the intern employment market and assist departments in preparing long term recruitment strategies.
Design appropriate strategies and monitor effective implementation of all plans according to procedures
Interact about the progress to counterparts, principals and directors- assist with as and when required reporting regarding recruiting procedures

Travel:
70% of travel during the recruitment phase (September – March)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 2-5 years recruiting experience
Experience organizing and attending college career fairs, on-campus events and professional conferences
Knowledge of college and executive recruitment processes
Knowledge of virtual recruiting platforms, ATS and CRM systems

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Project Management experience
Presentation skills
Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams with different communication styles and cultural backgrounds
Experience interacting with students and promoting employer brand
Knowledge of social media use for marketing
Service oriented approach to problem solving
Knowledge of top schools, demographics and student organizations
Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Friendly, outgoing personality to meet with new people in new places on a regular basis.
Experience with Campus Ambassador programs
