Waltham, MA - Remote/ Analytical Instruments Group / IES CMD Service Organization
How will you make an impact?
In this role, the candidate will work closely with business leaders, HR partners, Marketing partners, and direct front line employees to develop and execute key training programs and communications (newsletters, presentations, management updates, intranet pages etc.). This individual will ensure consistent and standard messaging across Unity Lab Services, as well as drive project specific and function specific communications, including training of internal teams.
What will you... do?
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Establish communications strategies and mechanisms for a variety of groundbreaking programs and initiatives
- Partner with other functional teams and leaders to ensure consistency in messaging and communication delivery both within the division and within other divisions
- Develop content for all applicable communication and work with other Thermo Fisher teams where needed on the creation of printed and electronic graphic content
- Recommend and develop communication strategies, including the development of presentations, newsletters etc.
How will you get here?
Education
- Undergraduate degree in instructional design, communications, or related field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Experience
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in training/learning and development, communications, or related fields.
- Experience with software for the creation of learning materials is highly preferred

- International travel up to 50%
