Protect and guide children by providing convenient in-home Clinician services to families. Life Skills Clinician's give children the opportunity to accomplish critical thinking skills resulting in successful maturity.

The Life Skills Clinician -Home Based monitors and provides mental health and chemical dependency education/training services to youth with severe emotional disturbances and their families.

Interpersonal skills including motivation, flexibility, persistence, and patience are important in this role. The ability to relate in a non-judgmental and culturally... competent manner and the ability to function independently are also vital. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with CHI policy.

Bachelor's degree required (in mental health related field preferred)

The Life Skills Clinician role will be based in Kokomo, Indiana servicing nearby towns Tipton and Clinton, Indiana.
