Practice Manager over Smithville Primary Care and Virtual Clinic Operations. The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning coordination and delivery of services. Working collaboratively with physician operations leadership assumes a leadership role in planning developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction. Provides practice management for one practice typically supporting up to 7 providers and managing a staff of 50 employees or less. Works with the Director Physician Practice Operations to identify needs propose and work within practice budgets. Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
