What you’ll be doing…
Training customers and Procede employees on Procede’s full product suite and integrated applications
Addressing client questions, concerns, and attitude challenges
Providing feedback to management and client leadership on attendee ability, progress, and... concerns
Continually building and fostering customer relationships and engaging with customers
Collaborating with team member and cross-departmentally to continue to establish best practices, foster team growth and deliver outstanding training services
Proactively providing suggestions for department improvements related to training programs, materials, resources and process
Using originality, imagination and professional expertise, independently creating and/or updating content
Continuously growing knowledge of Procede’s product suite, training offerings and our industry to make training relevant for each attendee
Performing related Administrative tasks as needed
Assist other departments with role-related activities
To be successful in this role, the following is essential to have…
Confidence in introducing users to customized Implementation setup as it relates to training
Comfort designing and updating instructional programs and materials including eLearning, instructor-led programs, and other performance-support tools and resources
Ability to calmly and professionally respond to angry or frustrated customers/staff via telephone or face-to-face
A positive attitude, ability to motivate learners and establish credibility
Clear and accurate communication (both verbal and written), as well as engaging presence, exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills, patience and flexibility
Ability to understand and communicate technical information to technical resources and non-technical users/customers
Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise within the training environment
Affinity for technology to keep personal IT skills and knowledge up to date
Ability to work independently and make decisions based on sound judgment but have an understanding to know when to escalate
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-stress environment and take ownership of deadlines within stringent time constraints
This position requires a minimum of:
2 years professional experience
Experience delivering software training to both technical and non-technical users is strongly preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or relevant work experience may be substituted
Knowledge of enterprise software, dealership industry, warehouse management, inventory management and/or an Accounting background a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time depending on your position and/or getting up and down through your work shift
Ability to use hands and fingers or adoptive equipment to safely operate assigned equipment
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs or the weight of your baggage when travelling
Ability to frequently lead discussions for a long period of time, and to hear and speak clearly by telephone and face-to-face
Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed/up to 30% of the time.
Travel requirements may include driving for periods of time, flying to customer sites and consecutive overnight stays.
