Learning Specialist (m/f/d)

This is a full-time position, based remotely in Mexico.

Your Mission:

You will work as a key player in a global team by providing end-user motivational support, tutoring and guidance throughout their learning program.

  • Engage learners through motivational techniques to maximize their Learnship learning experience, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Guide and motivate learners optimally either by initiating the communication (Phone/Email/Chat) or responding to requests and queries around the Learnship service.
  • Develop positive relations while managing your groups of learners.
  • Monitor learner engagement to help optimize their learning and achieve study goals.
  • Champion end user driven feedback to improve process, provide visibility over program and escalate according to procedure.
  • Maintain visibility on actions taken for cross-functional reporting. Keep track of all interactions and report on the same (manually as a first stage).
  • Collaborate with our technical support team, our product team and our Customer Success Management team to share and address feedback, account-level issues and follow up of incidence resolution.

About you:

  • You could already gain work experience in customer support, preferably in the training field.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish. Written and spoken skills in Portuguese are a plus.
  • You are well experienced in working with MS Office.
  • You are a good listener and your warm and positive manner strengthen your customer service skills.
  • You possess strong organizational skills and are able to stay on top of things, in case priorities change.
  • Most important: You are highly motivated to do your part in connecting people from all over the world!
