Cabinet is looking for our first ever Senior Product Designer to join the team! You will think, design, imagine, and make a difference in the lives of the backbone of any successful organization - Executive Assistants.
You’re a talented, hardworking, empathic designer, with UX know-how, and the desire to have ownership over the design direction of Cabinet’s products.
Cabinet is the all-in-one tool that’s built for efficiency & productivity — and built just for Executive Assistants. Cabinet’s co-founders went through Techstars in 2020 in NYC, and today are building a distributed team to accommodate the best talent around the country.
What you’ll do:
Conduct regular user feedback interviews and participate in ongoing engagement with users
Create user personas, user-flows, wireframes, testing plans, interface designs, style guides, and design systems
Work cross-functionally with Cabinet’s Product Engineering Team to suggest continuous improvements to design and performance
Align... product technologies and structures with design concepts
Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
Lead by example through perseverance, humility, and initiative
Believe that no task is too small, and no task is too tall
You Have:
4+ years of professional product design experience
Experience working at a SaaS startup is highly desirable
Excellent communication, relationship, presentation and time management skills
Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve results
Experience designing products with accessibility in mind
