One of our top clients in Charlotte is seeking a talented UX Designer to build human-centered designs, create graphic elements, and build compelling user experiences.

Responsibilities of the UX Designer:
Gather and evaluate user requirements with business and technical teams
Develop design ideas as storyboards, process flows, and wireframes
Develop hi-fi and lo-fi UI mockups and prototypes
Create original graphic designs
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Modify designs based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards for font, colors, and images
Requirements of the UX Designer:
Bachelor's degree in Design, IT, or related technical discipline
At least 3 years of experience in lieu of degree
At least 2 years... of experience in addition to degree
Solid understanding of digital design patterns and UI best practices
Proficiency in standard UI/UX tools: Sketch, Figma, etc.
