We are looking for a Product Designer who can cultivate an understanding of primary care clinician needs and craft experiences that support them in this mission.
- *What you’ll do:**
- Own visual and workflow design for several features and products
- Collaborate with the rest of the design team to evolve and refine our design system, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints
- Team with product management and engineering to identify product direction, feature set and behaviors for our products
- Plan and run user tests and other design research to inform design decisions
- Share and articulate your informed design decisions with team members and stakeholders
- Iterate on designs based on... feedback from team members when appropriate

- *Qualifications**
- 4+ years’ experience working as a product/ux designer
- Can demonstrate understanding of product design processes from discovery to delivery, with artifacts showcasing information architecture, user experience, and interaction design
- Understanding of product design systems thinking and interaction patterns
- Proficiency with industry standard design tools: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, etc
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in healthtech or healthcare a plus
