PenFed is hiring a Remote Senior User Experience Designer, Consumer Banking located in Ohio*. The Senior User Experience Designer, Consumer Banking will be an information architect, interaction designer, usability researcher, and visual designer. This position will visualize the user experience through flows, journeys, information architecture diagrams, conceptual sketches, wireframes, and hi-fidelity designs based on user data, research, and best practices... While partnering with UX Strategists, Digital Product Managers, and stakeholders, the incumbent will deliver experiences that support member retention and new member growth.
