Job Details
Recording information as needed
You have the ability to work from your location remotely without any supervision
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
Performing general clerk duties and errands
Maintaining supply inventory
Aiding with client reception as needed
Experience as a virtual assistant
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
Help maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Performs periodic audits of files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
Provides clerical support to all departments as needed
Assists with new hires
Performs other duties as assigned.
