WordPress & Gatsby Developer (Remote, Contract)

This is a 100% remote contractor position open to candidates in Canada and the United States

We work on exciting, diverse projects with an extensive international client base

At the moment we are looking for someone to work with WordPress, Gatsby, React, and some PHP in an important site update for one of our largest clients.

Requirements

• You have a thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• You are proficient in Gatsby for static site generation.
• You have experience with PHP as there are... some pages that are server-rendered directly by WordPress.
• You are proficient with modern front-end web technologies and techniques; fluency with HTML and CSS is preferred.
• You value clean and well-structured OOP code as well as automated tests.
• You have a high English level since you will be in direct contact with our clients.
• You are analytical, enjoy problem-solving, and have assertive communication skills.
• You are able to work proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure the fulfillment of client requirements.
• You have experience working with and implementing mockups.
• You are available to work at least 4 hours overlapping with the PST (GMT-7) workday.
