We are looking for a dynamic and creative Technical Trainer to join the team and help us deliver world class training to our customers and partners nationally. In this role you will perform instructional delivery of approved course materials. Teach multiple courses. Work within a team but must have strong self-discipline and be able to work independently. Willing to teach classes virtually as well as at partner and customer... facilities.

Responsibilities
Train customers and partners with the collaboration of the Devo Departments.
Help in Creation/Updating content that fits the training needs, either face to face training or inside the e-learning platform.
Help develop and deliver training initiatives that match the needs of all employees across the company.
Drive continuous improvement and growth in line with the company strategy mostly in the US and EU (availability to travel).

Qualifications and Experience
University degree. BSc Computer Science or related fields.
Experience (3 years minimum) in the delivery of training courses related to IT environments is essential.
It is desirable to have provided training related to programming languages, databases, Big Data, Networking, or Security environments.
Cybersecurity experience: Experience in the use of threat detection tools, incident response and SOAR.
Possessing knowledge in any SIEMs will be valued positively: SolarWinds SIEM, Datalog, QRadar, Splunk Enterprise SIEM, etc.
Two years' experience (minimum) using a learning management system.
Suite Articulate 360 – SCORM content packages generation will be highly valued.
Experience in Moodle environment management will be positively valued.
Have experience in design and content layout will be an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of some of the following programming languages Python, Java, JavaScript, Nodejs, SQL, HTML, CSS will be valued although not essential.
Extensive experience with MS Office tools.
Knowledge and expertise demonstrated with learning techniques, strategies, and development in terms of training.
Ability to quickly learn services, products, and technologies of the company.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to present and speak in public.
Effective written & verbal communication.
Proficiency in written and spoken English. Master of other languages, especially Spanish, will be positively taken into account
