What we're looking for:

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Experience Researcher (CX) to drive the attainment of our customers' desired outcomes by owning the discovery to advise the creation of outstanding customer experiences! The ideal candidate must have insight for our customers and end-users, a deep understanding of user-centric design, and strong analytical abilities. Our (CX) researcher will conduct research and analysis to build personas, customer journey maps, and advise the development of the content and tooling required to simplify and accelerate the journey!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead quantitative and... qualitative research initiatives to generate important insights that will drive creative concepts and lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Facilitate customer experience critiques and lead cross-functional workshops to advise content development, delivery strategies, and evolution of leading practices
  • Advise the progress of data-driven customer experience strategies and adoption through both human and digital-led engagement
  • Design and deliver translated concepts into wireframes, user stories, journey maps, and mockups applicable for a wide range of delivery platforms
  • Collaborate with experienced partners to advise cohesive experiences, including content and relevant tooling, across the customer journey
  • Collaborate with (CX), design, marketing, and product teams to understand requirements, identify users' needs, and align on business goals

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about customer experience challenges and optimally develop and communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions
  • Extensive experience in all areas of (CX) design including information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, and user experience
  • Passion for user-centered design and application of design thinking principles with a high degree of creativity, appreciation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter that takes initiative for developing both strategy and execution plans with high attention to detail and delivery excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills that thrive working with diverse global teams and can prioritize multiple partners' feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding collaboration skills with the desire and patience to work cross-functionally to establish and meet shared organizational goals
  • Ability to remain calm and focused when balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment while still meeting deadlines with ease and accuracy
  • Expertise in standard UX software including Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and/or the Adobe suite (Adobe XD - for wireframing)
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience; knowledge of Citrix solutions a plus
